Right now, we're growing fast! We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to meet the demands of our increasing client base. Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with our clientele, as part of our Premier Client Service department, helping our clients navigate the process of business formation.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answer customer service inquiries through inbound phone calls
- Possess strong knowledge of NCH products and services to identify customer's needs
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for NCH Corporate Coaches
- Answer customer service inquiries specific to
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months 1 year of related work experience
- Experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to contact, schedule and follow-up
- Multi-task and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with or without supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Professional demeanor and attitude with an outgoing personality
- Trainable to follow systems and processes
