Job Summary
We are offering an Associate Preschool Teacher position. This position will work with two teaching partners and 22 students ages 3-5. The position is for 178 days 13 Holidays with paid sick leave, CalSTRS retirement and a generous benefits package.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience :
A combination of training and experience, which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities, may be qualifying. We reserve the right to determine if a candidate meets the qualifications.
- Graduation from high school, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Possess or eligible to obtain a Child Development Associate Teacher Permit through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Qualifications :
o 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development specific courses as outlined by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
o 50 days of instructional experience in a childcare and development program, working at least three hours per day within the last two years.

Copy of immunization record of vaccinations for Measles (MMR), Pertussis (Whooping Cough - Tdap), and annual influenza vaccine for compliance under SB 792 - Vaccinations for Child Care Workers at licensed centers will be required.
