Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Serve as a member of NDN’s management team by attending management meetings, collaborating with the leadership team and ensuring messaging between the main office and NNV office are consistent and transparent.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external partners.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Keep common areas tidy, stocked, and organized.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and services.
- Accept and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Notify recipients of incoming shipments and ensure proper handling.
- Assist employees with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Help coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of previous experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS office programs
