Hospice Community Liaison
Job Summary: The Community Liaison Lead will act as a representative of Nevada Home Hospice and Palliative Care. The liaison will develop marketing strategy, monitor changes in demand, identify customer needs and monitor the competition. The liaison will plan and implement marketing projects geared toward educating the community, reaching goals, accumulating census and gaining market share. The lead will monitor marketing budget to meet financial goals.
Qualifications/ Educational Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
2. Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities/essential functions:
Must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
1. Develops effective relationships with customers in the community.
2. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and negotiating business relationships.
3. Ensures market effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term goals and implementing directives.
4. Develop and implement a marketing plan geared towards reaching goals and increasing market share.
5. Maintains a marketing database for effective tracking and research.
6. Identify facilities and negotiate contracts for a higher level of care.
7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
8. Introduce the organization to promising markets through service management, analyzing market strategies, evaluating options, and recommending business development.
9. Implement all marketing projects and monitor the progress and effectiveness of the efforts.
10. Mentor marketing team to effectively contribute to the marketing strategy and goals.
11. Provide seminars, education, and presentations to community partners.
12. Design, develop and implement promotional material i.e., literature, website, manuals, brochures, trade show booths and digital assets taking projects from concept to completion.
13. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and publications.
14. Enhance the reputation of the organization through service excellence, accountability and teamwork and integrity in all business dealings.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
