🔍 The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of field testing and inspection projects from start to finish—overseeing planning, estimating, execution, team leadership, client communication, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with a strong balance of technical work and people leadership.
🧱 Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Coordinate and supervise field testing and inspection activities
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across job sites
Estimating & Business Development Support
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates for upcoming projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic growth
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor field technicians and inspectors
- Provide performance feedback and foster a strong safety culture
Client Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver clear, timely updates and accurate technical reports
Quality Assurance
- Conduct site visits and implement quality control procedures
- Ensure work meets both industry standards and client expectations
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing field testing and inspection projects
- Strong background in estimating, scheduling, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred (but not required with relevant experience)
- Working knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
