RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a preventive care specialist, educating and providing clinical services to enhance patients' overall health through optimal oral care.
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures to diagnose, prevent, and treat dental conditions, ensuring long-term oral health.
- Inspire and lead a team of dedicated assistants, technicians, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of trust, quality, and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new trends and advancements in dental treatments and technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification and the necessary regional licensure.
- Strong leadership skills, with a knack for putting patients at ease and creating a welcoming environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care.
- 2-5 years of experience in general dentistry
