What You’ll Be Doing: As a Project Engineer, you’ll leverage your expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD to develop construction documents, oversee project execution, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Coordination – Oversee project planning, design, and implementation while managing budgets and schedules.
- Technical Design & Expertise – Develop project plans and specifications, conduct engineering calculations, and provide technical guidance.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to drive projects forward.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and 5 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Licensing: PE Certification required in Nevada (CA PE preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with experience in roadway, site development, and utility design.
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Ability to analyze complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively with diverse teams.
