Call Center Customer Service Representative

Las Vegas, NV 89115
Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Full time: 40 hours/week

Qualifications:
- Punctual
- Knowledge of auto and truck parts
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- The ideal candidate understands and strives to meet or exceed the Call Center’s Key Performance Metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Answer customer calls and help find cars and parts using company software
- Accurately follow and carry out company policies and operating procedures
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer profiles, and file documentation.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
