Summary:
Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our dispatch team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by scheduling tow truck drivers, coordinating vehicle pick-ups, and providing excellent customer service to individuals looking to sell their vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

-Self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Customer service experience preferred
-Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
-Knowledge of auto parts, and vehicle makes/models is a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries by providing friendly and effective service to individuals selling their vehicles in person and over the phone
-Maintain communication with tow truck drivers and customers to ensure timely tow truck dispatch and vehicle pick-ups
-Use company software to track vehicles, manage dispatch logs, and ensure timely and accurate paperwork processing
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
-Be safe, clean, and helpful while following company policies and procedures
-Ability to accurately verify customer payments for vehicle purchases
-Quickly resolve customer or company issues by problem-solving and working with Management when necessary
-Assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain workflow efficiency
