Forklift Operator
Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115; 110 W. Rolly St. Henderson, NV 89011
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications
Hours: Full time – 40 hours/week

Summary:
We are looking for a safety-minded and reliable Forklift Operator to support our operations team in moving vehicles and parts safely and efficiently throughout the yard. If you're someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and takes pride in safe, consistent equipment operation — this is the role for you. Our forklift operators play a key role in keeping our yard organized and our customers safe and satisfied.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of forklift or loader experience (auto salvage experience a plus)
- Strong safety awareness and good judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and related heavy equipment to move vehicles, parts, and materials
- Follow vehicle placement procedures to optimize yard organization and customer access
- Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks using company software
- Assist in standing vehicles on wheel stands in accordance with company safety protocols
- Work closely with production and inventory teams to maintain workflow
- Support customers and team members by keeping yard areas clean, clear, and safe
- Uphold company values of safety, cleanliness, and excellent service
- Follow wash schedule of company equipment to maintain cleanliness standard
