Our Association is seeking a dynamic individual to provide essential support to meet our mission to promote, educate, and advocate for restaurants. This position manages association operations, membership/marketing, and engagement.
Task Overview
- Member onboarding, retention, engagement mixers/events
- Review member processes for efficiency and growth
- Marketing for sponsors and partners
- Maintain social media platforms, website and database CRM
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors
- Conduct committee meetings
- Evaluate member benefits for growth and relevance
- Manage Audio/visual needs, including zoom and onsite
- Attend development meetings with our national office
- Paid conference travel
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude to grow business and community
- Proficiency in MS office, PPT, Excel, Adobe, Canva, Photoshop
- Technology savvy with virtual meeting platforms
- Experience in a chamber/association organization
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with mass email systems, brochure, flyer development
