We are now accepting applications for a Small Business Relationship Manager to join our team. Position is located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for sourcing and developing new clients for the purpose of achieving deposit, loan, and fee income growth targets.
Sell Bank products to new and existing clients to obtain core deposit relationships and totals.
Identify Business development opportunities within an assigned area through data gathering techniques.
Maintain a book of small business relationships and effectively manage ongoing risk of credit and depository relationships, expand client relationships when identified.
Conduct sales management meetings.
Establish, monitor, and publish sales targets and sales performance.
Work closely with Branch management in meeting sales goals and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Assist Branch management in enhancing relationships with Gold Club Clients.
Participate in community organizations and activities.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Finance and 2 plus years of directly related experience. Basic knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services.
Must have excellent customer service, negotiation and PC's skills.
Working knowledge of commercial and small business lending.
Must have strong analysis and credit review skills as well as basic working knowledge of Bank Credit Policy and Risk Appetite Framework.
