Colleagues on our Service Staff team provide coverage within the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson area and are assigned a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our Eastern / St. Rose branch.

We are now accepting applications for a 40 hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our Service Staff team. Colleagues on our Service Staff team provide coverage within the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson area and are assigned a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our Eastern / St. Rose branch.
Essential Functions:
- Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identifyand addressclients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolveclients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identifyand maximizecross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
