What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Coordinator position at Nevco Sports, LLC?
The Service Support Coordinator is responsible for the overall support of Nevco’s Service Support Team. This includes order entry, return product management, inventory auditing, and answering pricing questions. This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based in the Service Department in Greenville, IL.
Requirements:
- Successful candidates should be motivated to learn product lines
- Patience and tactfulness to collaborate with customers that are experiencing problems and may be upset or in stressful situations with emphasis on simplifying and enhancing customer experience
- Experience with office equipment, including computer and standard office software (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill required
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers
- Manage customer orders and accounts through multiple channels including phone, tickets and email
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in a sales support role
- Sports industry knowledge/experience preferred
Scope of Responsibility:
- Answer customer calls, enter help desk tickets, enter orders and update customer accounts
- Actively work with accounting for collections and returns
- Actively manage RMA process with process improvements and inter-departmental collaboration
- Take ownership of assigned tickets and follow-up through to resolution
- Self-learning product knowledge to enhance order entry process
- Provide constructive feedback of issues as well as possible solutions
