Landmark Management Solutions is a New England based owner, operator and management service provider dedicated to the Seniors Housing & Rehabilitative Care Industry with a concentration and specialized resource capacity in the skilled nursing sector.
Landmark is currently recruiting a Floor Care Specialist with maintenance assistance responsibilities as needed . The successful candidate must be willing to travel to Worcester, Framingham, Boston, including Cambridge and Dorchester, and Hyannis. The primary responsibilities in this position will focus on the facility floor care needs including repair and replacement.
Experience is required and candidates without strong floor care experience will not be considered.
The Floor Care Specialist MUST be qu alified in managing and replacing :
- VCT Tiles
- Quarry Tiles
- Ceramic Tiles
- Vinyl Flooring
- Vinyl Cove Base.
- Wood Cove Base.
