Job Description
Currently seeking out team members to join our growing sales team in the Atlanta Area! We specialize in teaching our team members the ins and outs of the latest technology products and services. No experience in tech is needed as we provide full training and we are hiring immediately!
Daily Duties:
- Work comfortably in a retail environment
- Provide information about wireless products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
- Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred but not required
