New Adventures Early Learning Center in Twinsburg, Ohio is looking for Full-time Float Teachers for a variety of classrooms and age groups throughout the facility. If you are currently following your dream to make an impact on the lives of little ones, or you are just beginning your path, New Adventures is the place for you. We are looking for a prospective candidate to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm, or any hours in between, with the possibility of additional hours if needed.

Job Duties

• Become part of a child?s day by providing a clean, safe environment where a child can play, explore, and learn
• Lead, teach, and supervise children in a classroom by building relationships with them and families
• Evaluate a child?s progress by completing ongoing assessments to determine areas for educational and developmental improvement

Job and Education Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A degree is not required, and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education , Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education , Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

• Proof of a current CDA and the on-going training requirements
• Passion to be a lifelong learner with a desire for professional development and growth
• Clean FBI/BCI background screening (required)
