Sales Representative – Industrial Services
Location: Shreveport, LA
Full-Time
Travel Required: Up to 75% Nationally

C&H Industrial is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to help fuel growth and expand our presence in the industrial services market. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the industrial sector, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our business—building strong relationships, generating new leads, and delivering tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio of services, including:
  • Hydroblasting & Ultra High-Volume Hydroblasting
  • Industrial Vacuum Truck Services
  • Hydro-Excavation
  • Dry Ice Blasting
  • Automation Solutions
  • Fugitive Dust Removal
  • Outage/Turnaround Support
  • Sewer & Storm Drain Cleaning
  • Municipal and Industrial Maintenance Services
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand relationships with current customers in your territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure top-tier support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
  • Partner with operations and project managers to support estimating and bidding processes.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Actively represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and trust.
  • Assist with field work and outage support when needed (management, safety, admin tasks).
  • Provide consistent reporting to leadership on performance metrics and goals.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (industrial service industry preferred)
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% nationally as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent driving and entering/exiting vehicle during client visits.
  • Regular use of computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
