C&H Industrial is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to help fuel growth and expand our presence in the industrial services market. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the industrial sector, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our business—building strong relationships, generating new leads, and delivering tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio of services, including:
- Hydroblasting & Ultra High-Volume Hydroblasting
- Industrial Vacuum Truck Services
- Hydro-Excavation
- Dry Ice Blasting
- Automation Solutions
- Fugitive Dust Removal
- Outage/Turnaround Support
- Sewer & Storm Drain Cleaning Municipal and Industrial Maintenance Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with current customers in your territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
- Conduct compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure top-tier support.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer data.
- Partner with operations and project managers to support estimating and bidding processes.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Actively represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Assist with field work and outage support when needed (management, safety, admin tasks).
- Provide consistent reporting to leadership on performance metrics and goals.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (industrial service industry preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 75% nationally as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent driving and entering/exiting vehicle during client visits. Regular use of computers, mobile devices, and office equipment.
