What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at New Age Protection?
Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Business Hours
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Pre-Screening Calls with potential candidates.
- Ability to navigate and operate multiple job boards.
- Assisting the Human Resources Department with onboarding paperwork for new hires.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
- Sustains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participates in required training with all departments in the Corporate Office.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Build relationships and positive communication with Corporate Personnel.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to recognize projects that take priority and schedule time accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Can work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etcetera along with other software systems, such as Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
