This is a direct hire for a System Administrator onsite in Louisville, KY. Must live in the Louisville area currently
Must have proper work authorization, No Corp to Corp, H1B Visa and No Sponsorship provided

Must pass criminal background check, credit check and drug screen
Responsibilities will include planning, implementing, monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure.
Daily responsibilities to include:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Participate in annual disaster recovery test
- Collaborate with senior administrators
- Support for Desktop Team
- Participation in the on-call rotation
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted
- 3-5 years supporting a corporate IT infrastructure in the role of Network or Systems Administrator
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to diagnose and correct issues with the network infrastructure
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects/assignments concurrently
- Have a results-oriented mentality while working with a sense of urgency
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, dependable and trustworthy
- Effective written and oral skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization
