- Prepare a clean dining area, refill food as necessary, roll silverware, and stock service areas
- Heating pre-cooked foods and replenish packaged foods
- Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the buffet tables
- Greet guests that enter the breakfast area
- Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish meals
- Clean kitchen and breakfast area, washing dishes and other items
- Place weekly food orders
- Assist in deep cleaning of breakfast area and other public spaces
- Prepare food and service items for next day
