Job Duties
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with existing and potential borrowers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Financial Review: Analyze customers' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
- Time Management: Manage multiple customer files and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Loan Processing: Lock loans, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages to production staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years' full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center environment preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and achieve top producer status.
- Knowledge: Complete understanding of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
- Licensing: Current NMLS license required; must have passed National test & 20 hour lic. course.
