Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Seattle, WA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with loan origination, evaluating applicants' financial status and creditworthiness, and providing guidance throughout the loan application process. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, underwriting loans, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and as a Loan Officer
- Strong understanding of Finance and Underwriting principles
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Seattle, WA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Relevant industry certifications and licenses are a plus
