Position Summary:
The Loan Partner 2 is a vital link between borrowers, loan officers, and our operations team. This role handles the loan process from prequalification to funding and plays a key role in pipeline management. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. Prequalify
- Contact new applicants within 24 hours of assignment
- Review loan applications (1003), collect documents, and evaluate cash, credit, and capacity
- Update Realtor partners with status reports and explore every option before denial
2. Pre-Approve
- Accurately issue pre-approvals and supporting documents
- Communicate directly with borrowers and Realtors
- Proactively manage pre-approved clients and identify any red flags
3. Pipeline Management
- Onboard new contracts and lead Rate Lock Consultations
- Deliver Tuesday updates and pre-closing calls
- Attend pipeline meetings and proactively remove loan chokepoints
- Ensure closing accuracy and make celebratory calls at funding

- Active NMLS License required
- 5 years in mortgage processing, underwriting, or origination
- Deep knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and investor guidelines
- Proficient in Encompass, Calyx Point, and MS Office Suite
- Strong communicator with impeccable organizational skills
- Able to thrive under deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
