Job Description
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop rapport with existing and potential borrowers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze Financial Situations: Provide personalized loan recommendations by advising customers on suitable loan products.
- Excel in a Fast-Paced Environment: Multitask and follow up with multiple customers, managing multiple files daily.
- Lock Loans and Submit Packages: Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages to production staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 Years' Experience: Full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center environment preferred.
- Strong Desire to Succeed: Achieve top producer status in a sales environment.
- Accurate Loan Structuring: Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
- NMLS License: Current license required; must have passed National test & 20 hour lic. course.
