Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful customer relationships and exceed expectations by leveraging rapport and analyzing financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
- Analyze customers' financial scenarios and provide personalized solutions through expert advice.
- Multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely follow-ups with multiple clients.
- Process multiple live leads daily, locking loans, requesting initial documents, and submitting paperless loan packages to production staff.
- Accurately structure and price loans to meet customer needs.
Key Competencies
- At least two years of full-time experience in refinance or purchase loan origination, preferably in a call center environment.
- A strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment and achieve top producer status.
- Ability to accurately and correctly structure and price loans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
- Four or more approved state licenses through the NMLS preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more recent years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Minimum of four approved state licenses through the NMLS.
