Responsibilities
- Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Analyze customers' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions by advising on suitable loan products
- Excel in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and following up with multiple customers and files daily
- Acknowledge multiple live, qualified inbound leads daily
- Lock loans at point of sale, request initial documents, and submit paperless loan packages to production staff
- Accurately structure and price loans
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience; call center environment preferred
- Strong desire to succeed in sales and be a top producer
- Ability to accurately structure and price loans
- Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance)
- Current NMLS license
