MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Must complete our Certified Fit Specialist training program and be able to effectively employ our shoe fitting process.
- Demonstrate the ability to use our store’s technology to assess and analyze a Guest’s gait, foot/arch type and select the appropriate products to fulfill those needs.
- Understanding and supporting store and company operations, policies and procedures
- Acting as a world-class customer service model and the experience of the brand
- Understands customer expectations and to always reach or exceed their expectations
- Utilize various sales techniques to boost sales
- Assist in store merchandising and implementation of monthly visual point of purchase.
- Helping organize store promotions.
- Active member of the retail store duties - sales, customer service, inventory control, maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Sales experience with top performance from a retail environment is desired.
- Candidate should be outgoing, love working with the public and interacting one on one with a Guest to find exactly what they need.
- Capacity to learn all details of a product and clearly communicate its features and benefits to a customer.
- Desire candidates with knowledge of running, health/wellness, and exercise science.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- You should be reliable, timely, and flexible.
- This Position is NOT seasonal.
- Comfortable using technology
- Ability to perform basic PC functions, point of sale register skills, handle cash and credit card transactions without error
- Have strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry 5 to 10 pounds often, and 20 to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use ladders, step stools. Bending and squatting often.
- Flexible scheduling. Contributing 35 - 40 hours weekly including at least one weekend shift, some closing shifts (See hours below) and some holidays (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)

Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm, Sunday: 11am-5pm
