JOB MISSION
New Balance is seeking a Global Ecommerce Analyst role within our Global Direct to Consumer organization. This individual will support Global Ecomm Operations by ensuring successful and on-time product launches. This is a critical function in our effort to deliver consumers with a best-in-class site experience.
As the owner of Global Product Readiness, you will work cross-functionally with Global and Regional partners to successfully launch new products on our digital sales channels (newbalance.com and digital marketplaces).
You will need to be incredibly data-driven and action-oriented to successfully launch 10,000 footwear and apparel products each year. You will be driving the many elements that go into Product Readiness including: 1. Content 2. Data 3. Systems and 4. Process. You will achieve this through exceptional execution against the following accountabilities:
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Tracking & Reporting
Establish clear reporting (in PowerBI) to create real-time visibility of product readiness
Create weekly prioritized task lists and elevate key blockers to senior stakeholders
Track seasonal readiness performance – ensure we are improving our processes and delivery each quarter
Systems Expertise
Become an expert in our Product Information Management System (PIM) and supporting systems to understand data flow and be able to triage issues
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and partner with our Digital Product Management team to execute
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Footwear/Apparel Product Operations, Data Quality, Global Marketing, Site Merchandising and Digital Product Management teams to create a holistic view of Product Readiness and determine priority actions
Manage Regional stakeholders across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan and China – ensure we are delivering on their priority needs and clearly communicating timelines/expectations
Communication
Create clear and repeatable communications to Global and Regional stakeholders at different levels – ensure messaging is tailored to the seniority of each audience
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM is a plus
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Flexible Work Schedule
