General Manager

Duties :
- Oversee daily operations of the venue, including food production, catering, and event services.
- Manage a team of employees, including assistant managers, bartenders, and outside vendors.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
Note : Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
