Summary/Objective
Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, safety/worker’s compensation regulate compliance issues and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Functions

1. Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital and physical files personnel records of relevant employee information
2. New employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation and conduct orientation sessions as needed.
3. Update company policies and FAQ Documents
4. Assist the payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits
5. Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed
6. Guide employee behavior and launch investigations
7. Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, and process confidential reports and documents
8. Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality
9. Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
10. Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information
11. Must work in a team environment and interact effectively with all departments.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets,
and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or relevant in the HR field, Professionals in Human Resources (PHR), or other HR certifications. Minimum 2-4 years experience
