A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLEANING TEAM SUPERVISOR
As a Cleaning Team Supervisor, you occupy an important leadership role on our night shift team. You deliver the appropriate tools and products for each job and conduct training sessions if a cleaner is unfamiliar with any of our processes. Attentive to detail, you provide crucial oversight to ensure that we are meeting our rigorous quality standards. For every job, you perform employee inspections and building or home inspections before signing off on the work.
With your on-site experience, you help us create field reports, janitorial checklists, and new policies and protocols for cleanliness and safety. You use your positive attitude to motivate your cleaners, and you're always willing to get your hands dirty covering for a member of your team or demonstrating how to clean to company standards. Your satisfaction comes from working with an excellent team and developing your leadership skills!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLEANING TEAM SUPERVISOR
- Previous cleaning experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Thorough knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
