Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably clean for all guests and staff. Your expertise in housekeeping management, custodial duties, and floor care will contribute significantly to the overall experience of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests or management regarding cleaning needs or special requests.
• Maintain equipment used in cleaning processes, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Rotating shift
