Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and the ability to supervise teams effectively. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates and budgets.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations related to contracts.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
