Job Title: Outbound Call Representative
Location: Southern New Jersey (Hybrid - Remote with Weekly In-Person Meetings)
Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours per week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Outbound Call Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to verify information from various participants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to participants for the purpose of verifying/collecting information
- Accurately document call outcomes and updates in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with all contacts
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
- Attend weekly in-person team meetings (required, once per week)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and web-based systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to attend in-person meetings once a week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 32 to 40 hours per week
- Flexible hours with required availability for weekly in-person meetings
