As a Full Time Exterior Insurance Restoration Specialist at New Beginnings Construction Inc. in Charleston, SC, you'll meet with homeowners and business owners to expertly inspect for exterior storm damage and guide them through the often-challenging insurance claims process. You will showcase your fearless spirit by executing direct-to-consumer marketing tactics, which include neighborhood canvassing, door knocking, and cold calling. Building relationships is key, so you'll network with strategic business partners to drive new self-generated lead sources.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXTERIOR INSURANCE RESTORATION SPECIALIST JOB?

To thrive as a Full Time Exterior Insurance Restoration Specialist at New Beginnings Construction Inc. in Charleston, SC, you'll need a dynamic skill set that's as robust as the roofs you'll be inspecting! A minimum of 3 years of sales or industry-related experience is essential, and while roofing, siding, or window product knowledge is preferred, we believe in empowering candidates through training. Familiarity with insurance exterior restoration is a bonus, but your willingness to learn is what truly counts. Proficiency in computer skills and CRM systems will help you manage customer data, track leads, and ensure uninterrupted follow-through with prospects in a digital environment.

You'll also need to embrace the hands-on aspect of the job, executing door-knocking strategies in neighborhoods affected by storm damage while climbing ladders and walking on roofs to inspect and document current conditions comes with the territory of an exterior restoration sales career. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales or industry-related experience.
• Roofing, siding, or window product knowledge is preferred but not required-we provide training!
• Insurance exterior restoration experience is a plus but we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Proficient with computer skills and learning new tools.
• Experience with CRM systems -comfortable managing customer data tracking leads and ensuring follow-through with prospects in a digital environment.
• Execute door-knocking strategies in affected storm-damaged areas.
• Willing to climb ladders walk on roofs and inspect & document current conditions of the exterior of properties.
