Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' needs
- Develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual or family
- Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Offer specialized marriage and family therapy services to support healthy relationships
- Utilize evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health therapy and life coaching
