Job Description:

We are looking for a TikTok Live Talent Scout to identify and recruit high-quality content creators for NBCN, the #1 TikTok Creator Network. You will be responsible for discovering potential live streamers on TikTok, engaging with them, and encouraging them to join our TikTok Live network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for talented creators on TikTok Live and assess their potential.

• Build relationships with creators and introduce them to our agency’s support programs.

• Guide new talents through the onboarding process and provide initial consultation.

• Stay updated on TikTok Live trends and optimize recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the team to develop talent acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications:

✔ Sales or business development background preferred—strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

✔ Good personal image and communication skills—able to build trust with influencers.

✔ Passion for TikTok Live—familiarity with the platform’s ecosystem and creator trends.

✔ Self-motivated and results-driven—able to work independently to meet recruitment goals.

Pay: $2,000 - $3,000 base Commission on all creators recruited
