We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ballet Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ballet technique and a talent for inspiring students. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and challenging learning environment that encourages growth and a love for dance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct ballet classes for various age groups and skill levels.
- Provide technical training and artistic guidance to students.
- Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and competitions as required.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching ballet, ranging from 2 to 5 years.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to provide technical training in ballet to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of dance education.
