Responsibilities

- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring positive behavior and interaction among students.
- Assess and document children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with disabilities.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and development through regular communication and involvement.
- Organize daily activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth in children.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom to provide an optimal learning environment.

Requirements
- Early Childhood Education units
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, literacy education strategies, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Previous experience working in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
