New Behavioral Network is currently looking to hire staff to work in a head start program in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Position: Substitue 1:1 Behavior Interventionist
Location: HeadStart Program Atlantic City
Hours: Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What You'll Do:
- Provide personalized, 1:1 support to children with severe behavioral needs.
- Implement ABA-based strategies to promote positive behaviors and skill development.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
- Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children who have severe behaviors.
- ABA experience (Required).
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive.
