Full-Time and Part-Time BCBA Positions Available - Join Our Reunification Program!
We are seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to work with families in the community and in-home settings who are participating in a reunification program. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to families using evidence-based behavioral interventions to address challenges and build positive interactions.
- Develop and implement individualized family behavior plans focused on successful reunification outcomes.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to family interventions.
- Work with parents to create safe, nurturing environments that promote positive family dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with families and contributing to a positive societal impact.
