Per Diem Behavior Interventionists Needed in Burlington City & Willingboro

We’re hiring Per Diem Behavior Interventionists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Burlington City and Willingboro. This is a flexible role perfect for someone looking to work on a per diem basis (after school hours) while helping children achieve meaningful progress.
Position Overview:
- Role: Per Diem Behavior Interventionist
- Locations: Burlington City & Willingboro, NJ
- Schedule: Flexible, per diem basis (after school hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA therapy to children in a supportive, one-on-one setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Record and report progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Foster a positive environment that promotes growth, independence, and skill development
Qualifications:
- Must be have a Bachelors Degree in ABA, Psychology or related field and have at least 1 Year of experience working with the IDD population or providing ABA Therapy, OR High School graduate with at least 3 years of experience working with IDD and or providing ABA Therapy
- Experience with ABA therapy or working with children (RBT certification is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured plans
- Empathy, patience, and a positive approach to behavior support
- Background in psychology, special education, or a related field preferred
