What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Interventionist for After School Hours position at New Behavioral Network?
Are you a skilled ABA professional looking for flexible, after-school opportunities? We are seeking Per Diem Behavioral Interventionists to provide in-home ABA services to children during after-school hours in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.
Role Overview:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support for children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Implement ABA-based interventions and individualized behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA.
- Assist with behavior management, communication skills, and social development in a structured, after-school setting.
- Track progress and document sessions to ensure interventions are effective.
- Collaborate with the child's family and BCBA to ensure consistency and goal achievement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience providing ABA services to children (Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred).
- Spanish Speaking a Plus!
- Knowledgeable in ABA techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently in home settings.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and supervisors.
- Availability for after-school hours (typically 3 PM to 8 PM).
- Experience with Rethink automated documentation a plus!
