Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, providing support through the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. This role is essential in helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs and strengths of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with ABA methodologies and practices.
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices and regulations is a plus.
- Proven ability in data collection methods related to behavior analysis.
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation processes.
