New Behavioral Network is looking for a Full Time Case Manager.
New Behavioral Network has a full time position available for a Case Manager in the New Castle County area. The ideal candidate is experienced with working with children and families, and provide services to advocate for the health, safety, and welfare of clients and their families .
Responsibilities will include developing a service plan for families, acting as a resource to the families, and connecting families with community resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
- Minimum of two (2) years working with children and families.
- Case management experience with assessing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating options and services to meet the families needs.
- Experience with health or human services in child/family safety and welfare a plus.
