What You'll Do
As a Lead RBT, you will:
- Ensure Quality: Conduct fidelity checks on session and progress notes to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide Direct Care: Manage a small caseload, providing direct support and individualized care to clients.
- Staff and Caregiver Training: Train new and existing staff members, as well as caregivers, in behavior analytic programs and best practices.
- School Support: Fill in on school-based cases as needed, providing vital services in educational settings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with credentialing and other administrative tasks as required.
- Professional Growth: Partner with a BCBA to gain both restricted and unrestricted hours toward BCBA licensure, with mentorship and support.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB Board.
- Bachelor’s degree (required); actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a commitment to excellence and client-focused care.
