New Behavioral Network is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a per diem basis to join multiple cases in Willingboro, NJ. Position Overview:
- Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location: Willingboro, NJ
- Schedule: Per diem, flexible after school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists in implementing ABA strategies
- Provide family training and consultation to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Track progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in ABA therapy and developing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
