RBT Needed for Camden County School

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? New Behavioral Network is currently looking for a dedicated and patient RBT to provide personalized academic and general support for a student in school.

Role Overview:

• Offer 1:1 assistance with schoolwork, organization, and time management.
• Help the student stay focused and on track during lessons, assignments, and homework.
• Support the student’s social, emotional, and academic needs in both classroom and remote learning settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistency and progress.
• Provide encouragement and build confidence, fostering a positive learning experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be a RBT
• Experience working with middle school students or in an educational setting (preferred but not required).
• Ability to build rapport with students and understand their individual learning needs.
• Kind, patient, and proactive in addressing challenges.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Location: Lawnside School District
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM -3:30PM
