What are the responsibilities and job description for the RBT Needed for School in Deptford, NJ position at New Behavioral Network?
Are you passionate about helping students succeed? New Behavioral Network is currently looking for a dedicated and patient RBT to provide personalized academic and general support for a student in school.
Role Overview:
- Offer 1:1 assistance with schoolwork, organization, and time management.
- Help the student stay focused and on track during lessons, assignments, and homework.
- Support the student’s social, emotional, and academic needs in both classroom and remote learning settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistency and progress.
- Provide encouragement and build confidence, fostering a positive learning experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be a RBT
- Experience working with middle school students or in an educational setting (preferred but not required).
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their individual learning needs.
- Kind, patient, and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Location: Deptford School District
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45AM -3:30PM
New Behavioral Network is a community based agency providing ABA services to children in their homes and school for over 20 years.
